At Gifted Hands, we offer assistance to individuals with disabilities and the elderly (certified by NDIS) with their travel and transport needs. We promote and aid participants towards achieving greater independence and also to engage with the community. Through our travel assistance, participants can reach a medical facility, clubs, and events with ease and comfort.
We offer flexible support based on your individual requirements. The range of our support includes temporary short-term support to a more long-term extensive care. Our staff is trained appropriately to handle your needs and you can trust us with your personal necessities.
